From first click to signed lead, without typing a quote
Clients price their home on a live page with no sign-up. One tap sends a branded PDF by email, logs the lead in a Google Sheets CRM and alerts the owner.
The problem
Altura Design & Build (a fictional firm) used to type every quote by hand after trade shows. Leads were slow to get a price, details were copied between files, and some leads were lost along the way. The owner could not see at a glance what was in the pipeline.
What I built
A live quote page, no sign-up
A visitor chooses what they are building, the size, the finish and the extras, and sees a price range right away. It works on a phone.
A branded PDF by email
One tap sends the client a professional quote as a PDF, with the options side by side.
The lead goes into a Sheets CRM
Name, project, quote and date are logged in a Google Sheet automatically. No copying.
The owner gets an alert
A message tells the owner a new lead has arrived, with the numbers.
A dashboard updates itself
A live funnel shows leads, quotes and totals. Every dashboard number is checked against the raw rows.
Prices live in a sheet
The owner edits prices in a spreadsheet, with no code and no call to a developer.
